As you probably saw from the nursery pictures, we are getting a lot of hand-me-down clothes from all 3 of my nieces. Can't tell you how thankful I am for this, just as I was with all the hand-me-downs we got for Davis! Only teeny tiny "problem" is that all 3 of my cute little nieces were born in the spring or summer, so I have been worrying that we might not have a ton of warm clothes around for Avery that will fit in the colder months when she is just a scrawny little thing. But really, this isn't much of a problem because 1. we live in Texas, where "cold" is a very relative term, and 2. that's what blankets are for, right?
Nonetheless, this slightly irrational worry hasn't stopped me from accidentally wandering over to the baby girl clothes in Target every time I'm there (which is semi-often, because I am human and female, after all). Our tight budget is always on the brain, so thankfully that generally forces me to walk right past the full price items and onto the clearance section. I ran into a friend when I was there yesterday and while we agreed that the sale items for baby boy clothes are typically pretty boring, we also agreed that does not always seem to be the case for baby girl clothes!
Behold all of that cuteness in all of its PINK glory! And the best part? The prices! From left to right, they cost me $6.00, $3.98, and $4.80... except they actually cost me $0 thanks to a couple of gift cards we had. I love me a good deal on cute clothes, so I really had no choice but to blog about these. Can't wait to see her in them!
