On Wednesday night, we decided to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather I was whining about yesterday before the cold front moved in. Rather than spend the hour and 15 minutes between dinner ending and bedtime starting doing what we always do (the boys play upstairs while I clean up and enjoy some alone time downstairs), we hopped in the car and headed to Cedar Park to check out the giant, beautifully lit up tree.
Pretty sweet, right? I brought the camera along so we could also do a little mini photo shoot with Davis. (I say "mini" as if we had a choice to do a "regular" photo shoot with a toddler who has an attention span that's about half a second long and never stops moving.)
Look closely in the bottom half of this picture and you can see Wade tossing Davis into the air - didn't even realize they were doing that (it was super dark), but thankfully I caught it by accident anyway! Cute boys.
If you live in the area, you should go check it out!

Very cute pic of you and Davis! Also, what if your last picture had captured Wade dropping Davis on his face?
Love the photo shoot! That last picture is super cute- I am glad you pointed it out because I don't think I would have seen it haha. They blend a little bit. (;
Really really cute pictures!!
That tree is awesome! I bet it takes a million hours to get all those lights up there. And then I bet birds poop all over them and it's nasty to take them down. So...yeah, there ya go.
In the picture with you and Davis it looks like he wet his pants, ha. Cute photos, cute family, gorgeous tree!
That tree is beautiful. And how cute is that you captured him in the air! i love that!!

I love the wonderment in Davis' eyes on the first picture. Oh, to be a child at Christmas again...
(Wait, did you say something about that earlier this week???)
